Pictorial Evidence for Why We Love Louisville in the Spring

A couple of weeks ago, we were still dealing with snow storms (in our own special way). Since then, however, it has warmed up wonderfully and the first spring flowers have arrived. Louisville has so many flowering trees, too.

From the top: snowdrop, daffodil, forsythia, weeping pink cherry, star magnolia, tulip magnolia, bradford pear.

Those were some great pics. You or someone you know is quite the photographer. Where were those taken?

Thank you. I took those yesterday on our campus while on a stroll with my wife, Jenny. That's one thing we love about the South. Up in MN, we have a few varieties of flowering trees, but its too cold for the gamut that is represented here in Louisville.
